Yes, we are registered with the state and also carry general liability insurance as well as commercial auto insurance up to 1.5 million.
How do you make the payment or apply a tip to the driver?
For payment, you will receive a link shortly after booking to enter your debit/ credit card information. (We do not accept cash or check for payment) Your payment will be processed the day after your transportation and a receipt will be emailed over to you.
**If you’d like to tip your driver, feel free to give your driver a cash tip.
(If you’d prefer to place a tip on the card, please make us aware prior to your ride, and we’ll have the payment link sent over the day after for you to fill out that information) **
Is there an extra fee to pay by card?
No, there is not as this is the only payment method we accept.
Are there additional fees for gas or tolls?
No, your quoted price is the final price.
What if my flight is canceled or delayed?
We will be monitoring all flights to stay updated with you. There is no extra charge or cancellation fee is this occurs.
