Is Tiver Transportation licensed & Insured?
Yes, we are registered with the state and also carry general liability insurance as well as commercial auto insurance up to 1.5 million.
How do you make the payment or apply a tip to the driver?
For payment, we require a card on file in order to approve your booking. That card won’t be charged until the day after the transportation has been completed. (we do not accept any other payment methods).
For tip, you can tip in cash or apply on the card at the time of your booking.
Is there an extra fee to pay by card?
No, there is not as this is the only payment method we accept.
Are there additional fees for gas or tolls?
No, your quoted price is the final price.
What if my flight is canceled or delayed?
We will be monitoring all flights to stay updated with you. There is no extra charge or cancellation fee is this occurs.
