Is Tiver Transportation licensed & Insured?
Yes, we are registered with the state and also carry general liability insurance as well as commerical auto insurance up to 1 million dollar limits as should all transportation services
How do you make the payment or apply a tip to the driver?
Once the service is complete, you will then receive an invoice via text message or email in which you can make payment by card. You can also then apply a tip if you’d like this way as well.
Is there an extra fee to pay by card?
No, there is not as this is the only payment method we accept.
Are there additional fees for gas or tolls?
No, your quoted price is the final price.
Is gratuity already included?
No, but if you’d like to tip the driver you can do so when paying your invoice once the service is completed.
What if my flight is canceled or delayed?
We will be monitoring all flights to stay updated with you. There is no extra charge or cancellation fee if this occurs.
